A strong voice and strong support for Victorian Landcare
We hope everyone’s having a great Landcare Week!
At the beginning of the week as part of the national 30 year anniversary celebrations, Ian Arney (LVI Committee Member) and Pam Robinson OAM (LVI Oral History Committee) attended an event in Wentworth commemorating the national launch. Read the full media release from the event here
Its 33 years since Landcare was launched in Victoria and as part of the celebrations, the LVI committee decided to create an archive of Landcare Voices. So far 16 interviews have been conducted and are available online, capturing the oral history of Landcare across the state. To listen to the interviews, go to the Landcare Voices Project page on the Landcare Gateway here
If you are interested in the Landcare Voices Project and/or would like any further information please contact the LVI office 03 9207 5527 or email email@example.com
